Webmail Basics

Webmail is a web-based email client that works with any device with a web browser. You do not need to install any additional software on your computer or tablet to use webmail.

Logging in and reading your mail

  1. Using your favorite web browser, navigate to https://mail.epbfi.com.
  2. Once the page loads, you will be greeted by the login dialog box:
  3. In the Username field, type in your Advanced Email Address (for example, john.appleseed@mycompany.com).
  4. In the Password field, type in your Advanced Email password.
  5. Click the Log In button to log in.
  6. Your Inbox should now appear on the screen.
  7. To read a message, click on the message in the top pane.
  8. The message will appear in the bottom pane:

Replying to mail

  1. To reply to a message, use the Reply button in the toolbar to reply to the sender or Reply to All to reply to everyone mentioned in the email:


    Alternatively, you can move your mouse in to the bottom pane and use the Reply or Reply to All links that appear at the bottom of the message:


  2. You should now see the Reply screen. Compose your message:
  3. Use the Send, Cancel, or Save Draft buttons when you are finished composing your message:


Composing a new message

  1. While the Mail tab is active, click the New Message button located at the top-left corner:


  2. Type in the destination email address in the To: field, or click the To: button to select a person from your address book:


  3. Fill out a subject in the Subject field:


  4. Compose your message in the bottom pane.
  5. Use the Send, Cancel, or Save Draft buttons when you are finished composing your message:
